IBO Player setup: connect and activate your player

Install the app

Open your television’s official app store and search for IBO Player. Availability and exact naming can vary by TV platform and region.

Find the device identifiers

When the app opens, it normally displays a device ID or MAC address plus a device key. These identify the player installation—not your television account.

Connect the authorized playlist

1. Open the player’s official playlist management page on your phone or computer.
2. Enter the device ID and key displayed on the TV.
3. Add the M3U or Xtream details supplied by your authorized service.
4. Save the playlist and return to the television.

Refresh the player

Restart or refresh IBO Player. If the playlist does not appear, recheck the device ID, remove spaces from URLs and confirm the subscription is active.

Player activation is not your subscription

IBO Player setup can involve both device pairing and app activation. Check current terms with the developer. If a player trial expires, renewing your IPTV subscription does not necessarily activate the application. Confirm which product needs renewal.
