Confirm the app you are using

An application name alone is not enough to identify the correct software. Check its developer and the download path provided by the current official documentation. Service-branded versions may use different screens. Ask whether your account is intended for that specific app before entering credentials or purchasing a license.

Prepare the supplied login

Keep the server address, username and password exactly as supplied by your authorized service. A playlist link may already contain private credentials, so do not share it with a third-party testing tool. Check the account’s expiry and allowed connections before trying to connect another device.

Choose the matching account type

The developer documents more than one connection format. Select the type that matches your account rather than assuming every version uses the same form. Where separate fields are shown, place the server in the server field—not the complete M3U link. If you received only an M3U address, use an explicitly supported playlist option.

1. Remove spaces at the beginning and end.
2. Keep the supplied protocol and port.
3. Double-check password capitalization.

Let the initial import finish

After signing in, give the player time to load the available categories. Avoid repeatedly pressing refresh while an import is already running. Test a few live channels, then available on-demand content. A successful login does not guarantee that every source supports your device’s playback capabilities.

Inspect the EPG and playback

If video works but programme information is empty, use the EPG troubleshooting guide. If playback buffers, compare a second channel and test the connection on the same device. Change one playback setting at a time and keep the original value so you can undo the test.

Handle login errors safely

Read the error before deleting app data. Confirm that the details belong to the service and app you chose. If an account works on one device but not another, check simultaneous connections and device compatibility. Contact support with the app version and error message; redact passwords, playlist URLs and device identifiers from screenshots.
